All the staff are friendly an efficient and they take care of you from the moment you walk in the office. Dr. Gean has performed quite a few procedures including 2 root canals back to back and never caused me pain. He is so caring and such a great dentist . I will always be his patient! I used to hate going to the dentist even for cleanings but I know I will be treated with care and have professional results that I no longer have any anxiety about seeing the dentist or hygienist at Mount Juliet Family Dentistry.

I had broken a crown this past weekend. I called and got an appointment to be evaluated. I needed a new crown. Dr. McKenzie and Chelsea took exceptional care of my tooth and using a 3-D printer, I got a new crown and was on my way. Didn't have to come back for the permanent crown. Amazing. Excellent office. I have been going to this office for many years for cleanings. I highly recommend this office for any dental needs.

Dr. Jackson is the absolute best! He is always so professional, explaining things as much as I need him to. But at the same time he is personable and friendly. He never does more than necessary to my teeth but he always goes the extra mile to make my visit exceptional! I'm glad he's our dentist!!
